Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At MM the refund policy insist of two qualities for it to be eligible to complete, these are:
 

• The package just arrived and the order delivered was mistaken, damaged or the wrong size that was paid for once the order was completed.
   

• The package arrived and the refund is solicited before a 3 week period since the package was delivered, and the merchandise is not damaged or a different kind of product from the one that was delivered.

It will not apply in the case of:

​

• The package arrived correctly and is delivered to our Delivery Center (DC), for the customer to be protected from this, they will need to send proof of how the product was sent back, to make sure where the product suffered damages.

• It has been more than 3 weeks since the package was delivered, and now the customer is issuing a refund.
